Tools required: Computer, noise cancellation headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection
Objective: To help in managing a small group of tech support people, as well as help systemize and grow a support team for a fast-growing business of contractors around the globe.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external clients (in the USA) and internal customers from around the globe.
- Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
- Handle standard tech support queries: workstation configuration, networking, VPNs, deep clean/debugging, servers, remote accessing, firewalls, etc.
- Recommend and implement new software to support the team.
- Prepare progress s and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Manage HIPAA tech requirements
Job Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience in a similar role as lead support would be advantageous.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- BSc/BA/ Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.

Pay: ₹78,641.00 – ₹124,170.00 per month
