Job Description:
Pine Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. This position will be based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, and will be a part-time remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a customer support role, with mid-to-senior level seniority.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support representatives and oversee their day-to-day activities
- Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer support performance
- Conduct regular training sessions for customer support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in a customer support role
- Energetic and adaptable personality
- Strong people management and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment (preferred)
