Job Responsibilities:

• Handling calls: Answering inbound and outbound calls, and solving queries about interior services
• Setting appointments: Calling prospective clients to set appointments
• Maintaining databases: Entering, verifying, and backing up data, and noting important information during conversations
• Maintaining relationships: Maintaining healthy and cordial relations with clients
• Following standards: Maintaining quality service by following organizational standards
• Contributing to the team: Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Female candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a persuasive approach.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
