Responsible for Routine, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Plant machinery, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Gear Boxes, Water, RO&DM water Plant, Pneumatic & Hydraulic equipmentxe2x80x99s, Chillers & AHU ,ETP & STP Plant, OTO & SLM Machines Use key Parameter like KPI, MTTR, MTBF, Downtime, and maintenance cost data for improve OEE Participate effectively in 5 Sxe2x80x99s, Kaizen Implement preventive and predictive maintenance for increasing machine availability Working experience of Workshop Machines like Lathe, Milling, Shaper & drill machines Responsible for minimum downtime & spares managements (Indenting, Specifications ,Utilization) Effective man power planning and utilization Implementation of ISO 9001, TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 Provide Internal & External training for improving Skill Matrix of maintenance department Perform root cause analysis for breakdown
