Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ITOM Developer to design, implement, and manage IT operations management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITOM tools, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Implementation : Design, develop, and deploy ITOM solutions and integrations to enhance monitoring, incident management, and overall IT operations efficiency.
• Tool Management : Manage and configure ITOM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Micro Focus) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Automation & Optimization : Create and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to ITOM tools and processes to ensure uninterrupted IT service delivery.
• Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams, including system administrators, network engineers, and developers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for ITOM processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Training & Support : Provide training and support to IT staff on ITOM tools and practices.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ITOM processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITOM development and management.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in ITOM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Micro Focus), scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and automation frameworks.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex IT issues.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow) are a plus.
• Location : Open to candidates across India; flexibility for remote or hybrid work.
