It operates through 70 Base Kitchens at various locations spread throughout the country and serves the Rajdhani/Shatabdi/Vande Bharat/Duronto/Tejas & other luxury trains of Indian Railways.Job Title: Train Catering ExecutiveTerms: Permanent RoleJob Location: PAN IndiaQualification:Diploma/ Graduate in Hotel managementExperience: 0-1 years/Freshers are eligibleKey Responsibilities:1. Operational Management:- Lead and manage the onboard catering team.- Plan and organize meal services according to schedules.- Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.2. Quality Assurance:- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to meet company standards.- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment and service areas.3. Staff Supervision:- Recruit, train, and evaluate catering staff.- Develop staff schedules to ensure efficient workflow.4. Inventory Control:- Manage inventory, track supplies, and order stock to meet demand.- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.5. Customer Service:- Address customer inquiries and handle complaints efficiently.- Implement customer feedback to improve service.6.
