Job Title: Front Office Executive

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front office.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests and visitors.
- Supervise and train front office staff to deliver high-quality service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
