- Visiting potential customers for new business.
- Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met within a given time frame.
- Client Coordination: Coordination with customers on their requirements, explaining process and workflow.
- Making Quotations and raising Invoices to the clients.
- Maintaining and expand interrelationships with existing clients, thus enhancing the business
- Client Servicing: To be the SPOC for clients on operational issues, and ensure timely deliverables to the Client.
- Following up with the clients for the pending payments.
- Customer Feedback: Coordinating with teams to develop marketing strategies and provide customer feedback to the product team.
- MIS Maintenance: Managing the customer data and maintaining regular MIS reports.
- Maintaining records for the quotations sent.
- Take Initiatives to enhance customer experience by adding new features and benefits.
- Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution for the same.
- Online website products marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
