We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Admin. This role is crucial in driving our company’s growth by ensuring we have the right people in the right places and maintaining a seamless administrative operation. Key Responsibilities:1.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Lead the recruitment team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across all levels, from entry-level positions to senior executives. Utilize data-driven approaches to forecast hiring needs, measure recruiting performance, and refine strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts high-calibre candidates. Foster relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other key talent sources to build a strong talent pipeline.2. Talent Acquisition Operations:Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
Train and mentor hiring associates on best practices in interviewing and candidate selection.3. Administrative Leadership:Oversee all administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Manage office facilities, including vendor relationships, supplies, maintenance, and space planning.
Ensure the company’s administrative policies and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to by all staff.4. Strategic HR Partnerships:Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition and administrative strategies with overall business goals. Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide proactive solutions.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.5. Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, headcount forecasts, and administrative operations to the executive team. Analyze trends in the talent market and make recommendations to adjust strategies accordingly.
Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for both talent acquisition and administrative functions. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically while managing the details. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
