Snapdeal is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience while using our platform. This position is at the Associate Level and requires 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have.
2. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
5. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis.

Requirements:
1. Confident and reliable personality traits.
2. Strong decision-making and communication skills.
3. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
4. Ability to work remotely and independently.
5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
