“Field Marketing Modules

• Implement training programs for skill development of influencers like Civil Contractors, Painting Contractors, etc as per HO plans.
• Ensure implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules Provide insights on the effectiveness modules
• Applicator development in each town Training, certifications, handholding Siteconversions
• Engineer connect module
• Drive loyalty program like CWC
• Ensure site level working by each DFC”

“Capability building of dealers:

• Handholding the DFC dealer in terms of product knowledge, joint site visits, business plan etc
• Ensuring proper in shop visibility for DFC alongwith demo/samples/kits etc
• Local promotions for DFC for lead generation like canopy drive, paper inserts, etc
• Drive dealer training initiative thereby creating a pool of dealers ideal for DFC”

“Field Marketing Modules(II)

• Ensure expansion in defined gap towns as per expansion plan in EI
• Strengthen the appointment process and timely appointments as per target
• Ensure correctness of parties shorlisted in coordination with BM”
