Duties & Responsibilities –
1.Analyse customers’ feedback to understand areas for improvement and present the findings to senior management.
2.Develop business process improvement solutions to enhance customer service operations.
3.Develop service quality processes.
4.Identify customer service channels and solutions for managing customers’ concerns.
5.Monitor responses to customer requests and queries to minimize gaps in customer service delivery.
6.Organise communication and sharing sessions on good work practices.
7.Propose creative methods to improve business processes.
8.Recommend training and development courses for team.
9.Research on customer needs to improve customer relationships and experience.
10.Support audit surveillance on service quality process flow.
Qualification-
Graduate in any stream
Must have-
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer care executive
- Female Candidates Required
- excellent communication skill in English , Hindi
- Basic knowledge in Excel.
- Must have experience in inbound process
