Job Description for Business Development Manager
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Hard core sales person with Cloud Sales Experience on ERP & other software’s
- Responsible for Sales & revenues for unit offering, create new business, pure Hunter role
- Should have good reach to end customers and Partners.
- Should be able to make sales happen through the team & partners
- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating a team of Inside Sales Team to achieve revenue targets by assigning team goals
- Data Mining / Generating B2B Business Contacts through multiple Lead Generation activities.
- Collaborate with the Team to develop an overall territory account plan in order to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners.
- Leading Negotiations, handling objections and coordinating complex decision- making process to create new Business Opportunities.
- Should be able to do presentation & demos on own
- Responsible to develop, build and strengthen long term relationships with customers and partners
- Sales Experience with 4-8 years
- Ready for travelling and meeting customers / partners
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Professional Sales experience in the IT industry – ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ODOO) experience preferred.
- Experience in working in/managing Teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and other Indian Languages
- Strong Analytical, Technical and Sales/Marketing fundamentals along with excellent
Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors Degree(any) mandatory, Masters (any) would be an added advantage
Preferable location : – Kolkatta
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
