Description
Work as a key member of the core support team for a major health insurance customer
Required Skills
QA experience on Android/ iOS mobile apps and web applications
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Functional testing of web applications
Black box and UI/UX testing
Experience in testing VoIP application or audio/video calling application will be an added advantage
Domain knowledge of General Insurance/Motor Claims will be an added advantage
Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables
Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively across teams in a high performance culture and work effectively in a globally dispersed team environment
Strong communication, interpersonal and techno functional skills
Should be a team player and motivator
Role and Responsibilities
Prepare testing scope and system specifications
Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and steps
Execute test cases and analyse results
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Documentation/ report of testing bugs and errors and follow up with developers for closure
Work with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout software development lifecycle
Creation and maintenance of test data
Perform manual functional/regression testing
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and get necessary sign offs
Conduct post production movement testing
