Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Receptionist at Thai Odyssey Spa & Skin Care. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is based in Kolkata.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Remuneration
Rs 12K-16K per month +Performance incentive
