Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for experienced recruiters with a strong background in business recruitment, who are skilled in aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and recruitment requirements.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to meet client-specific needs and align with business objectives.

Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough resume reviews, initial interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for client roles.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved.

Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the offer process, including drafting and extending offers to selected candidates.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and salary benchmarks to provide clients with strategic advice and insights.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and client communications in the applicant tracking system.

Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on business and corporate roles.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and recruitment needs.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
