Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in human resources who are ready to take on a leadership position and drive HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.

Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding of new hires.

Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and development opportunities.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills, support career development, and improve organizational performance.

Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair practices, and managing employee benefits programs.

Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.

HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with best practices.

Organizational Development: Lead initiatives aimed at organizational development, including culture enhancement, employee engagement, and change management.

Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data and prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency.

HR Projects: Manage and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and support business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive organizational change.
