Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for recruitment who are eager to learn the ropes of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.

Onboarding Support: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends to improve your skills and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
