Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager at The Oberoi Grand Kolkata. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and security of the hotel’s facilities on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Facilities Management, Operations, and Security skills
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance
• Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
