The Service Mart is looking for Service Management Executive who can work with a mindset to serve the people / consumers who are having trouble with their Home Appliances like Air Conditioners, Microwave Oven, Refrigerator, etc. and help them to solve their problem by providing proper assistance and sending them the Technicians available in our Company. Our working hours are 9am to 7pm everyday.

The Service Management Executive will be involved in managing New Customer’s Complain and making sure that the Technician visits their place on time and their problem is solved with ease.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing Day to Day Booking related to Home Appliances Repair.
• Allocating Technicians the Complain Calls of the Consumers.
• Market Research in Home Appliances Repair.
• Sending Invoice to Every Customer after Service.
• Social Media Promotions and Research on New Trends.
• Keeping Track of every Service / Complains of the Consumer
• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports related to Sales and On-Going Services.

W*orking Hours: *6 Days a Week from 9am to 7pm (Sundays Off)

Minimum Education / Skills:

• Candidate should be Class XII Passed
• Candidate should be Fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word in compulsory.

Salary: From ₹8,000.00 per month
