Job Description
- Preparation of board meetings, resolutions, maintaining minutes and proceedings of clients.
- Preparation & filing of various RoC E-forms as per The Companies Act, 2013, SEBI and RBI regulations.
- Coordination with clients for various documents/forms to complete company compliances.
- Preparation and filing of Income tax audit and return for Company and Directors.
- Preparation, registration and filing of all eventual compliances like GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, etc.
- Guide and enroll for payroll compliance and accounting software.
- Assisting Chartered Accountant to complete audits on time.
- All other related work as per The Companies Act, 2013 & The LLP Act 2008 etc.
- Maintaining statutory records and registers.
- Drafting and vetting of agreements.
- Proficient in email, word, excel, power-point and Google sheets.
- Basic knowledge in preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss accounts and audit reports.
- Should have good communication skills and confidence in handling the client’s doubts and queries.
Qualification and Skills: –
- Good command and proficiency in English communication skills.
- Soft spoken.
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of Company Compliances, GST, Taxation, Audit etc.
- Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
