-Seamless Standardized Process & Service Delivery :

– Manage day to day APA operation and ensure operation is performed smoothly

– Build all control required for seamless delivery

– Managing month end closing requirements

– Keep updated on new corporate guidance and its impact on accounting

–. Ensure intercompany and scrap transaction are carried out on time

.– Ensure updation of FAR and work to improve APA KPI

. – Discussion with various stakeholders in circles, network and SSC to meet various integration related requirements

– Perform Root cause analysis for SLA noncompliance and take corrective action

.-Understand business requirement to deliver result

2. Audit & Compliances

. Active participation in statutory and compliance audit requirements

.Ensure to meet IFCR controls requirements and identify risk areas for mitigation

. Timely and smooth completion of quarterly and yearly audit

. Ensure proper documentation for Internal controls and ICFR requirements

3.Operational Excellence

.Active role in various transformation and ERP related integration

.Drive various automation and process improvement to bring efficiency and improve productivity
