WORK TIME: 8 PM – 5 AM (Night Shift)
PACKAGE: 15000 – 20000
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that the company can offer to prospects.
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
- Keep record of outbound call history and customers response in detail.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-4 years of previous working experience in Outbound Sales preferably in software products.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
- Proficiency with computers, like CRM software, and strong typing skills
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
